These events are professionally organised Saturday evening social events for secondary school students in Years 8 – Year 12.
They are alcohol-free fully supervised and designed to provide teenagers with a safe structured environment to socialise while giving parents confidence and peace of mind.

Who can attend?
Attendance is limited to Teens in Years 8 to 12.
Events are split by age group to ensure appropriate behaviour and atmosphere:
1. Years 8, Year 9 & Year 10 attend earlier events 19:30 to 22:30
2. Years 11 & 12 attend later events 19:30 to 23:00
What are these events?
These are organised social events for teenagers that provide music dancing and social interaction in a supervised environment.
They are not school discos and are designed to feel age-appropriate and enjoyable.
Who can attend?
Attendance is limited to students in Years 8 to 12.
Events are split by age group to ensure appropriate behaviour and atmosphere:
1. Years 8 to 10 attend earlier events
2. Years 11 to 12 attend later events
Is alcohol vaping or drugs allowed?
No.
There is a zero tolerance policy for alcohol vaping and drugs.
Any breach will result in immediate removal from the event and parents will be contacted.
How is the event supervised?
Each event includes:
● A Lead Event Manager
● Adult supervisors including male and female staff
● Professional security at entry
Staff are visible throughout the event and briefed on safeguarding and escalation procedures.
How do you control attendance?
Attendance is strictly by pre-purchased ticket only.
School year is verified at booking and on entry.
Wristbands are issued on arrival.
There is a no re-entry policy.
What happens if there is a problem?
If an issue arises:
● Staff intervene immediately
● The Lead Event Manager assesses the situation
● Parents are contacted where appropriate
Safety and wellbeing are always the priority.
What music is played?
Music is age-appropriate and uses clean edits only.
Younger groups hear chart and mainstream music.
Older groups hear club-style music with clean versions.
Are phones allowed?
Yes.
Phones are allowed for contact and convenience.
Filming or photographing other attendees without consent is not permitted and staff may intervene if required.
What should my child wear?
Normal social clothing is appropriate.
Footwear must be suitable for an indoor venue environment.
How are tickets priced?
Tickets are priced to support supervision safety and quality delivery.
Early bird tickets may be offered.
Standard pricing applies once early bird tickets are sold.
Who runs the events?
Events are managed by a dedicated team with clear leadership and safeguarding responsibility.

Pre-ticketed entry only, School year verification, Wristbands on arrival, No re-entry once inside

Behaviour standards
There is zero tolerance for: Alcohol, Vaping, Drugs, Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour. Breaches result in removal and parent contact.
Communication with parents
Parents receive: Clear event timings, Behaviour expectations, Contact information. A member of the management team is reachable during all events.
Incident response
If an incident occurs: Staff intervene immediately, The situation is assessed by the Lead Event Manager, Parents are contacted where appropriate. Incidents are logged and reviewed to improve future delivery.
